What happened at LIPW? Glad you asked!
Our in-person IP event, London IP Week 4.0, came back stronger than ever!
Over the 20th and the 21st of October, London became the destination for IP professionals to come together to discuss what has been happening in the Intellectual Property world. If you didn’t get the chance to attend our in-person event, not to worry, find out how you can get involved in our future events!
This year’s London IP Week was our 4th iteration of the ip event and it was a great opportunity to meet with IP Managers, In-House Legals & IP Counsels, CEOs, CTOs, Founders and Managing Directors, Heads of IP and other IP experts from around the world.
It was a wonderful occasion to see all these professionals connect and engage with each other, anyone that took part in the Day 1 – Round Table session can tell you it was clear that the IP industry players were ready to get right into the action!
A key part of our IP event were our panelists that joined us on stage and virtually. Some of the panels’ topics felt so rich that they could have gone on for hours. For example the ‘Tech for Techs: How adopting technology in the early days of a growing portfolio leads to better decision making’ panel deserved its own day just to truly expand on all of the speaker’s points of view.
A special shout out to Prof. Gunjan Saxena for chairing this incredible roster of IP professionals, it was a pleasure to hear your opinion and I look forward to expanding the topic with you again in the future!

A special thank you goes to all our sponsors that made the event possible:
Questel, PatSnap, Granter, LexisNexis IP, MaxVal, Anaqua, IPScreener, BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates LLP, Minesoft, IP Rally Technologies, Dennemeyer, Ruby Datum, Legal Legends.
Another key takeaway of the event was definitely Questel’s Product Showcase.
Daniel Ovadya took the stage to show why Questel truly is a one stop shop for IP.
During the showcase, Daniel carefully and meticulously expanded on how Questel allows you to search, visualise, pilot and evaluate your activities across the entire IP lifecycle from a single entry point.

We would like to leave you with a quote Richard Lucas, CEO of StreamlineIP gave us after he attended LIPW 4.0:
“Huge thanks for running such an excellent event at London IP Week. Not only was it great to see people face-to-face but such a great turnout from IP Tech vendors with some of the most innovative leaders in the market.
Excellent speakers focused on subjects that matter specifically to big corporates and SMEs. I highly recommend attending this not-to-be-missed event for any in-house IP counsel, CTO or strategic thinkers in SMEs looking for technology solutions to make their operations work more efficiently and effectively in a work from home environment.” (Richard Lucas, StreamlineIP)
See you soon!
