Pattaraphan Paiboon, Partner in Intellectual Property and Technology, Baker McKenzie


Pattaraphan is a Partner in Baker McKenzie’s Intellectual Property and Technology practice in Bangkok. She has extensive experience advising on matters involving the intersection of intellectual property and technology laws, data privacy and protection, data analytics and data monetization, telecommunications and broadcasting, e-commerce, online platform liabilities, telematics, AI, cloud and data centre business and cybersecurity. Her experience includes advising startups, tech companies and Fortune 500 companies.


Camille Sullivan, Senior Legal Counsel – IP and Disputes, Sky UK


Camille is a Senior Legal Counsel responsible for managing Sky’s IP portfolio, including prosecution and enforcement as well as Sky’s IP and general commercial disputes. Camille trained in Australia, where she worked on a variety of large IP disputes, including patent, trademark and copyright before moving to the UK.


Tom Nener, Partner, Pinsent Masons LLP


Tom leads Pinsent Masons’ Brand Protection and Creative Rights team. He believes that technology should be at the heart of how law firms deliver services to clients and is one of the architects of one of Pinsent Masons’ most successful tech platforms to date – Alteria – a brand and reputation management solution.
