First up on the schedule is Alexandra Lennox, a Director of LawtechUK, a true powerhouse in the legal industry. With her opening chair remarks, she’ll set the tone for the day and get us all fired up for what’s to come.⚡

Immediately following Alexandra Lennox’s opening chair remarks, we’ll have the lovely Helga Butcher, Head of Client Solutions EMEA at Ashurst. Helga will be presenting the first industry keynote speech of the event. How exciting!

Now, let’s dive into the first morning panel topics of Private Practice day. First up, we have a panel titled ‘Bob the Builder, Can We Build It?’. This session talks about the Productization of Legal Services, building products for clients, how to charge for them, and how to form the perfect product delivery team. Can you build it? Yes you can! 🔨

Following the panel discussion, we will have a sponsored stand-alone presentation from one of our fantastic sponsors, CRMCS

We’ll then take a quick coffee break – this is the perfect opportunity to network with both familiar and new faces, as well as catch up on the latest industry news and trends. And if you’re feeling energised and ready to dive into more content, you can choose to join the product showcase delivered by none other than our wonderful sponsor, CRMCS. We definitely recommend grabbing a coffee and joining the product demo! 🫶

The last of the morning sessions on the agenda will be a panel discussion titled ‘Getting Shit Done’. This panel will explore different ways of how to streamline and reduce purchase cycle times. This panel will be accompanied by; Dr Catriona Wolfenden, Product & Innovation Director at Weightmans LLP, Joe Cohen the Head of Innovation at Dentons, Adam Curphey a Senior Manager of Innovation at Mayer Brown LLP and Andrew Powell a CIO at Macfarlanes LLP. We can’t wait for this one – make sure to put your thinking caps on for this one folks! 🧢

The morning panel sessions will have you feeling inspired and energised, but we’re not done yet! Next up on the agenda is our second stand-alone presentation by our loyal sponsor Green Meadows – another must-see session you won’t want to miss.

And then, it will finally be time for the long-awaited lunch break! This is your time to indulge in some delicious food, sit down with your peers, and continue the conversations sparked by the morning’s events. Whether you’re networking or just relaxing, this lunch break is the perfect opportunity to recharge for the rest of the day.🥪

After the panel wraps up, we have planned six roundtable sessions! Not sure what they are? These sessions consist of six tables, each with around ten individuals, where discussions can take place. Each table will be led by a host who will provide their perspective on a specific topic, allowing you to contribute your thoughts and

expertise. And we are pleased to announce that DISCO will be one of the hosts! These sessions are your chance to discuss big ideas and concepts with major industry players – don’t miss out!

The day may appear to be coming to an end, but the excitement is far from over! We’ve got a fabulous drinks reception planned, where you can quench your thirst with your favourite beverage and make even more meaningful connections with fellow attendees!🥂

P.S.: Once again sponsored by DISCO – be sure to give them a ‘thanks’!!
